1. INTRODUCTION

 

These Business Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Mworldin(“Mworldin”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and any business, advertiser, seller, service provider or other commercial user (“Business”, “you” or “your”) that registers with, accesses or uses the Mworldin platform for business, advertising or promotional purposes.

 

Mworldin is an online marketplace and business discovery platform that enables businesses to advertise and showcase their products and services to potential customers.

 

By registering for a business account, purchasing advertising space, submitting a business listing, or otherwise using Mworldin for business purposes, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Mworldin for business purposes.

2. DEFINITIONS

 

For purposes of these Terms:

 

“Business” means any company, sole proprietor, partnership, organisation, freelancer, professional, retailer, manufacturer, service provider or other commercial entity using Mworldin.

 

“Business Account” means an account created by a Business on Mworldin.

 

“Advertisement” means any paid or promotional listing, banner, sponsored placement, featured listing, promotional content or other advertising product offered by Mworldin.

 

“Customer” means a person or organisation searching for, viewing or purchasing products or services advertised by a Business.

 

“Listing” means information submitted by a Business concerning its products, services, business, offers or contact details.

 

“Platform” means the Mworldin website, applications, software, systems, pages and related digital services.

 

“Advertising Fees” means any fees payable to Mworldin for advertising, promotional placement, subscriptions, featured listings or other paid services.

3. ABOUT MWORLDIN

 

Mworldin provides a digital marketplace and discovery platform designed to help businesses become more visible to potential customers.

 

Mworldin may provide businesses with opportunities to:

 

• create business profiles;
• advertise products and services;
• promote special offers;
• display contact information;
• receive enquiries;
• appear in search and discovery results;
• purchase featured or sponsored advertising;
• reach customers through promotional campaigns; and
• use other advertising and marketplace features introduced by Mworldin.

 

Mworldin does not necessarily manufacture, own, supply, deliver or provide the products and services advertised by Businesses.

 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a transaction between a Business and a Customer is between those parties and not between the Business and Mworldin.

4. BUSINESS REGISTRATION

 

To advertise on Mworldin, you may be required to create a Business Account and provide accurate information.

 

You agree that:

 

1. all information provided to Mworldin is accurate and not misleading;
2. you will keep your information current;
3. you are authorised to represent the Business;
4. you will keep your account credentials confidential;
5. you will notify Mworldin of unauthorised use of your account; and
6. you will not create accounts for fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful purposes.

 

Mworldin may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify a Business or its Listings.

 

Mworldin reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate an account where information supplied is false, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise unacceptable under these Terms.

5. BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES

 

You are solely responsible for your Business and all products and services you advertise through Mworldin.

 

You agree to ensure that:

 

• your products and services are lawful;
• you have all licences, registrations, permits and approvals required to operate your Business;
• your advertisements are accurate;
• prices and promotional claims are truthful;
• your contact information is accurate;
• products and services comply with applicable laws;
• you honour legitimate commitments made to Customers;
• you respond appropriately to Customer enquiries;
• you comply with applicable consumer-protection requirements; and
• your use of Mworldin does not violate any applicable law.

 

You must not use Mworldin to mislead, defraud, deceive, harass or exploit Customers or other Businesses.

6. BUSINESS LISTINGS AND ADVERTISEMENTS

 

Businesses are responsible for all content submitted to Mworldin.

 

This includes:

 

• business names;
• logos;
• photographs;
• videos;
• product descriptions;
• service descriptions;
• prices;
• contact information;
• addresses;
• promotional claims;
• reviews or testimonials submitted by the Business; and
• other advertising materia
