Pawn Amount
The Vehicle Owner pawns the above-described vehicle to the Pawnee for the amount of R.20000, which has been fully received on the date of signing this contract.
This amount is non-interest bearing. No interest shall be charged to the Vehicle Owner, and the Pawnee shall not expect any interest earnings from the said amount during the duration of this agreement.

Contract Duration
This agreement is valid for a period of three (3) months from the date of signing. It may be renewed under the same or revised terms, subject to the agreement of both parties.
Vehicle Condition and Replacement Obligation
1. The vehicle is pawned in good, working condition at the time of turnover.
2. If the Pawnee discovers any undisclosed or hidden mechanical problems or defects during the pawn period, the Vehicle Owner shall be obligated to replace the unit with one of equal or better value and condition within seven (7) days of notice.
